CoffeeRoo User Agreement Policy Violation
All individuals using CoffeeRoo must follow the guidelines outlined in the CoffeeRoo User Agreement.
As of June 8, 2025, while our core policies remain the same, we’ve clarified the types of activities that are considered violations.
By registering on CoffeeRoo, users have agreed to adhere to the User Agreement and all related site rules.
What Does the Policy Require?
When using CoffeeRoo services, users must:
- Follow all rules related to listing items on the platform.
- Ensure all listing details are truthful and complete.
- Not relist items previously removed due to policy violations.
- Avoid submitting false or misleading information to bypass rules.
- Only list items that are allowed according to CoffeeRoo policies.
Users must also:
- Refrain from listing counterfeit or restricted goods.
- Use their accounts in ways that do not compromise the safety or trust of the marketplace.
- Provide reliable retail-level service and fulfill service commitments.
- Respond to buyer concerns promptly and within the timelines set by CoffeeRoo.
- Not create duplicate accounts to get around restrictions, limits, suspensions, or to manipulate the platform.
- Not sell or transfer their CoffeeRoo account without approval.
- Not extract or reuse CoffeeRoo data on other platforms.
- Avoid bidding on their own listings.
- Use CoffeeRoo features solely for their intended purposes.
All user activity must comply with this policy, the User Agreement, relevant laws, and third-party rights. If a user violates any of these, CoffeeRoo may take action as permitted by law and policy. Possible consequences include removing content or listings, issuing warnings, limiting access, or suspending accounts.
