Overview of the Policy
All CoffeeRoo users must supply accurate personal details, including their full name, physical address, and phone number, when registering. It is not acceptable to use invalid contact numbers such as a fax line or a disconnected phone number.
Users are expected to follow this policy, the CoffeeRoo User Agreement, all relevant laws, and to respect third-party rights. If a user fails to comply, CoffeeRoo may respond in line with legal obligations and its User Agreement. Potential actions may involve removing content or listings, sending warnings, limiting platform use, or suspending accounts.
To ensure deliveries proceed smoothly, CoffeeRoo may verify and adjust postal addresses. If an address is incorrectly formatted, incomplete, or has errors, CoffeeRoo may correct minor issues — such as converting a full state name to its abbreviation (e.g., “New South Wales” to “NSW”), correcting typos, or aligning suburb names with postcodes.

Why This Policy Matters
Effective communication is vital between buyers and sellers. Incorrect or missing contact information can lead to misunderstandings, unpaid transactions, disputes involving CoffeeRoo’s Money Back Guarantee, and poor feedback.
