Black Tea

Black Tea or Red Tea / Hong Cha (紅茶) is the tea for the traditionalists. Black Tea has gone through a full oxidisation (fermentation) process which creates its signature dark or copper coloured brew, producing strong aromas and flavours. In general, Black Tea tends to have the highest concentration of caffeine.
