Your profile and collections on CoffeeRoo are meant to connect you with others who share your interests, and to help build your credibility with potential buyers and sellers.
You must not use your profile or collections to promote products not allowed on CoffeeRoo, or to conduct transactions outside the platform. Posting links that lead off CoffeeRoo is also prohibited. Unless otherwise specified, your profile and collections must comply with all listing rules.
All actions on CoffeeRoo must align with this policy, the CoffeeRoo User Agreement, and any relevant laws, while also respecting third-party rights. If they don’t, CoffeeRoo may take action—such as removing content, issuing warnings, restricting your activity, or suspending your account—as required by its policies or the law.
What Is Permitted?
- Sharing information about yourself with other CoffeeRoo members
- Showcasing items you are selling
- Displaying feedback you’ve received
- Using collections to highlight items you like
- Talking about your hobbies and interests
What Is Not Permitted?
- Advertising sales that occur outside CoffeeRoo
- Sharing contact details
- Posting nude or explicit images
- Using profanity or offensive language
- Making unnecessary or disrespectful remarks about users or listings
- Promoting services or products not allowed on CoffeeRoo
- Breaking other listing-related rules
Why This Policy Exists
Profiles and collections are meant to help you share more about yourself or your business with others. They help establish trust and credibility within the CoffeeRoo community. However, using them to bypass the platform for off-site sales is not allowed.
