Overview of Member Communication Policy
CoffeeRoo allows members to message each other directly through its platform, encouraging open interaction. However, members must not misuse messaging to send spam, make off-platform sales offers, use offensive language, or share personal contact details (e.g., email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, social media, or links). These rules apply across all communication features like CoffeeRoo Messages, Best Offer messages, listings, reviews, and feedback.
To uphold this policy, CoffeeRoo may monitor user messages for violations such as fraud, abuse, or spam. All user activity must comply with this policy, the CoffeeRoo User Agreement, relevant laws, and the rights of others. Violations may result in content removal, warnings, account limitations, or suspension.
Note: CoffeeRoo only monitors communication through its platform. Posts in community forums are excluded from this policy but are governed by the Community Content Policy.
Managing Communication Preferences
To reduce the number of emails from CoffeeRoo, members can update their communication settings.
