Providing Feedback for Buyers
Sharing feedback with your buyers is a thoughtful way to express appreciation. We suggest doing this promptly after receiving payment, as it encourages buyers to return the favor with timely feedback.
As a seller, you’re only able to leave positive feedback for buyers. This follows standard industry practices—businesses generally don’t post public reviews of their customers. You have up to 90 days from the transaction date to leave your feedback.
If you believe a buyer has violated our policies, please use the report feature to alert us. Note that leaving a positive rating accompanied by a negative comment can be misleading to others and will be removed.
If you think feedback you received goes against our Feedback policy, you can request removal through sales@coffeeroo.com.au.
