You can view all the feedback you’ve provided to sellers in your account profile. Once feedback is submitted, you cannot change or delete it on your own. However, you may ask the seller to send you a feedback revision request if you’d like to update it. Alternatively, you can add more information to your existing feedback by posting a follow-up comment.
How to Leave a Follow-Up Comment on Feedback
Sometimes you may want to provide additional context or information related to your previous feedback. You can add one follow-up comment per item. To do this:
- Go to Feedback left for others in your account.
- Click Follow up next to the relevant item.
- Enter your comment.
- Click Leave follow-up comment to submit.
Note: Adding a follow-up does not change your original rating or comment.
Tip: Once you’ve submitted positive feedback, it can’t be changed to neutral or negative later.
Feedback Revision Requests
If you want to change your original feedback, reach out to the seller and ask them to send a revision request. If a seller initiates a revision, you’ll receive an email with instructions.
After receiving a revision request, you have 10 days to take one of the following actions:
- Revise your feedback: Click Accept request in the email to start the process. Once submitted, your original feedback will be removed from public view.
- Decline the request: Click Decline request and optionally provide a reason. If you prefer not to share the reason with the seller, choose the privacy option.
If you don’t respond within 10 days, the revision request will expire, and your original feedback will remain unchanged.
