Sellers are required to provide detailed, truthful terms and conditions in their listings, and must honor these terms. These should cover:
- Shipping Details:
Sellers must specify shipping services, costs, and handling times. The chosen method must guarantee secure and timely delivery—even when offering free shipping.
Important Note:

- Clear criteria for acceptable returns
- Defined time frame for buyers to request a return
- Details on who is responsible for return shipping costs

- Taxes and Fees:

Compliance Expectations
All user activity on CoffeeRoo must comply with this policy, the CoffeeRoo User Agreement, applicable laws, and third-party rights. If a user fails to meet these requirements, CoffeeRoo may take appropriate actions, including but not limited to:
- Removing listings or other content
- Issuing warnings
- Limiting user actions
- Suspending accounts
These actions may be taken voluntarily or as legally required.
Why This Policy Exists
Finalizing a sale on CoffeeRoo creates a binding agreement between buyer and seller. This policy ensures clarity in the transaction process, supports buyer confidence, and helps sellers maintain the performance standards required on the platform.
