CoffeeRoo Policy on Threats and Offensive Language
At CoffeeRoo, we are committed to fostering a positive and respectful environment. Therefore, we prohibit any form of threats, offensive language, or hate speech.

Note: The core guidelines remain unchanged. However, we’ve clarified how certain activities violate this policy.
What Does This Policy Cover?
We do not allow:
- Threats of physical harm or harassment, regardless of the method used (email, private messages, discussion forums, group chats, feedback sections, etc.).
- Any user experiencing threats should report them to local authorities.
The following types of language are strictly banned from all areas of CoffeeRoo, including profiles, usernames, chat rooms, forums, communications, feedback, listings, and product pages:
- Hateful, obscene, offensive, or profane language
- Racist, sexually explicit, or defamatory remarks
- Content that incites violence or discriminates based on race, color, ethnicity, religion, disability, nationality, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation
All activity on CoffeeRoo must comply with this policy, our User Agreement, and relevant laws. Violations may result in actions such as:
- Content removal
- Warnings
- Activity restrictions
- Suspension of accounts
These actions are taken in line with legal requirements and CoffeeRoo’s Terms of Use.

Our goal is to maintain a safe and inclusive space for all users. This policy helps us protect our community and prevent offensive or threatening behavior.
